New Tri Club in MN: Twin Cities MultiSports Club
A new triathlon club in Minnesota has been established as a sister club to the MNTriClub. The Twin Cities Multisports Club (TCMC) is a newly established club that focuses on developmental needs of triathletes. This development may be simply improving on one aspect of the sport, moving up in the age group rankings, or jumping to the elite level. Whatever your development goal may be, the TCMC is here to help!
TCMC has two main home bases, Grand Performance Bike Shop and Start Line Running Store. Within these two establishments much of our other sponsorship exists. Please refer to the sponsors page for a complete list and attend one of the club open house dates to receive details on amazing pricing from all of the sponsors!
Detailed clinics on every aspect of triathlon are the main channel for development. Instead of a quick clinic on a topic, the TCMC has detailed clinics throughout the entire year. Topics include bike handling skills, transition 101, open water tactics, bike maintenance, running form, strength training, bike fit, nutrition (with a lab, we cook and eat!) and much more. Most clinics are free or very low cost (to cover the cost of supplies a few clinics have a fee associated with them).
The TCMC will also have an elite team component composed of a total of 10 male and female triathletes.
