TRImapper will be supporting James Lawrence in 2012

Starting on January 8th, 2012, James Lawrence will begin his quest to complete
30 Iron Distance Triathlons in 1-Year for a new Triathlon World Record.
His grueling adventure will take him to 10 different countries along the way
while at the same time raising AWARENESS and FUNDS
for In Our Own Quiet Way.

“Give a Dam” – Quiet Way is working with the Kenyan government and Kenyan engineers to build approximately 1,000 water retention systems throughout Northern Kenya to relieve drought. Each dam approximately between $10,000 and $15,000 to complete ($1,000,000-$1,500,000 total).

In 2010 James set his first Triathlon related Guinness World Record by completing 22 Ironman 70.3 races in 30 weeks.

The TRImapper map above shows the various Iron Distance events James will attempt to conquer on his quest for a new Triathlon related World Record. His schedule will have him participating in WTC, HITS, Revolution3 races along with two independent iron distance triathlon races.
